Corporate Training – Generative Learning

Why?
Because I see attendees enjoy their experimnece immensely, no matter their “type”.
Because I experience many many “light bulb moments” when facilitating attendees using Genertaive Learning Principles.
And because, ultimately, the end-client (the business hiring me) gets skills and mindset changes that are pervasive – or what we term “Second Order” change.
Finally … because it’s the most satisfying way to run learning interventions I’ve ever seen.
